While driving around different neighborhoods looking at houses, we stumbled upon these houses built by Carolina Homes. They were miniature versions of the usual 2 storey, 2 car garage homes. These homes looked exactly like a 2 storey home but just smaller and only 1 car garage. If you’re looking for a detached home around 1300 sq ft and has an attached 1 car garage (instead of the usual detached garage style), definitely check these guys out.
